Signoflam Tablet is a widely used medicine for relieving pain, swelling, and inflammation affecting the muscles, joints, and bones. It is commonly prescribed for conditions like arthritis, spondylitis, sports injuries, and post-surgical pain. Addressing the root cause of pain and inflammation helps patients move more comfortably and improves daily functioning.
This tablet contains a potent combination of Aceclofenac, Paracetamol, and Serratiopeptidase. Aceclofenac and Paracetamol work together to block specific natural substances (prostaglandins) that cause pain and inflammation. Serratiopeptidase helps reduce swelling by breaking down proteins responsible for inflammation, supporting faster healing of damaged tissues. Together, these ingredients offer effective relief and promote recovery.
Signoflam Tablet should be taken strictly as prescribed by your doctor. It is usually advised to be taken with food to prevent stomach upset. Take the medicine at the same time each day for the best results. Avoid skipping doses and do not exceed the prescribed amount, as overuse may lead to unwanted side effects.
Like all medicines, Signoflam may cause side effects such as nausea, dizziness, stomach discomfort, or diarrhoea in some individuals. These effects are generally temporary, but consult your doctor if they persist or worsen. Avoid alcohol while taking this medicine, as it may increase the risk of liver or stomach problems. Patients with a history of kidney, liver, or heart conditions should use this medication with caution.
Other medicines containing the same combination of Aceclofenac, Paracetamol, and Serratiopeptidase include Zerodol Sp tablet, Movexx Sp tablet, Aceclotrue Sp tablet, Acemiz S tablet, and Aldigesic Sp tablet. However, Signoflam Tablet remains a trusted choice for effective relief from pain, swelling, and inflammation.

Severe
Effect
Signoflam Tablet makes it difficult for your kidneys to flush Lithium out of your bloodstream. Because the Lithium cannot escape, it begins to pile up to dangerously high, toxic levels. This buildup can poison your system, leading to severe neurological symptoms like shaky hands (tremors), slurred speech, deep confusion, severe nausea, vomiting, or long-term kidney damage.
Advice
Do not take these together without a clear medical plan. Your doctor will need to adjust your daily Lithium dose or temporarily pause your pain relief. Ensure you undergo routine blood tests to closely track your Lithium levels and kidney health while taking this medication.
